Our gutters and drains have been neglected for a number of years. I called JB Drainage and they sent me a quote on the same day as my enquiry. We arranged for them to come the next week and they arrived on time, were friendly, professional and did a great job, even realigning part of our guttering that had come loose. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

I recently found myself with two rainwater soakaways that were not taking the rain. On examining, there was a significant build-up of silt in the pipes to the soakaways. Problems! The soakaways had been built with the house 50 years ago. There were no access points to back flush and they were under a tarmac drive. Phoning several drain companies I found myself trying to deal with impersonal office staff…and being asked to pay anything up to £100 callout fee UPFRONT!More internet searches led to Jonathan. He answered the phone personally, listened, and agreed to come to see what he could do…no call out fee! He arrived on time and spent two hours flushing to remove a great deal of silt. I still need heavy rain to properly test the system but with a bit of luck he’s done a job that will last for a while for a very reasonable expenditure. If it doesn’t work, then I will have to bite the bullet and have the soakaways rebuilt. I would have no hesitation is asking him to do it.

Johnathon was brilliant from the offset! He came all the way to Dewsbury to unblock our drain and was very efficient and put everything back where it needed to be when he was finished. Couldn’t recommend JB Drainage highly enough!

Prompt and courteous service. I was assured that a thorough job had been done on my gutters - no way of checking of course. However, I feel confident about using JB Drainage in the future and will be re-engaging them for further maintenance.
