I had tried to use another service to clean the gutter on my roof, and they were a waste of time (apparently my house was too tall). I decided to go for JB drainage following reading the reviews but couldn’t understand how Jonathan could do this without a ladder. When Jonathan arrived with no ladder, I was still unsure how he planned to clean this gutter no one else could get to due to height. Jonathan was very professional, friendly and cleaned both front and back of the house with no issues. The front of the house is about 3 story high and the back is 4. I will definitely be using JB drainage from now on and would highly recommend their services.

Jonathan is the best Drain specialist as the problem we had was investigated by few others before but dint get to find the root cause. He sorted the issue in an hour and very reasonably priced for the job. Highly recommend and he will be my go to person when needed.

I phoned JB Drainage Services as I wasn't 100% sure if the problem was due to a blocked gutter or drain on an extension roof and wanted a professional who understood both issues. In response to my initial phone call, I texted Jonathan photos of the problem area & he responded later that day with a reasonable quote for the job. He arrived on time, updating us with his expected time of arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly cleared a stretch of guttering as well as the drain & checked all was running well. He gave us some good advice on maintenance & we have booked him to come back in 2 weeks to clear a large run of guttering high up on the main house roof. Excellent, friendly & professional service.

Jonathan was fantastic! Couldn’t recommend him enough to people! Had a blockage in my storm drain that turned out to be concrete! After panicking about how big a job this could turn out to be Jonathan cleared the concrete without issue and further expense, he was amazing! Gutters cleared to a high standard and good advice given for future clears. Was on time, reliable, quick to respond to emails/calls etc, reasonable (price wise) really friendly and knowledgeable!
