Rang about blocked drain on Sunday. Left a message and contacted within 10 minutes. Arranged to come to the property next day. Texted and phoned before arrival. Professional approach not only unblocking the drain but noticed our guttering needed cleaning - which it had needed doing for over a year. Will use again

Despite the gutters being far more soiled than he expected Jonathan got cracking straight away and even unpacked his gear again when he noticed some leaves poking over. At first I was thinking where the ladders were on his vehicle. So if you’re are expecting someone to get up on roof then look away. The company uses a powerful hoover which vacuums out all remains on gutters. So an extended hoover pipe is placed on the gutter and is slided across to suction up any unpleasant deformities. Polite chap, cracks on with job. Shows what remains Gather up in hoover if you ask. Enjoys a good cup of tea respectively. Reasonable price. Need to provide electric supply for hoover to power up. Heated my sockets up so good powerful machine 👍🏻.Overall satisfied - will use again in future.

Having called Jonathan out previously to successfully fix a gutter problem, I was thankful to already be acquainted with him when this new problem arose. I briefly explained my issue with a blocked gutter on the phone, Jonathan arranged to come to the house a.s.a.p., which he did. He confirmed his eta by text and arrived on schedule. He was able to show me exactly what was causing the blockage on his remote camera and explained the procedure he would use to clear it. The job was done quickly and efficiently followed by a flush through with water to confirm the drain was now clear. A professional workman who is pleasant and helpful. From call to arrival for a late afternoon appointment same day!! Only 2 hours wait. A nightmare positioned, badly blocked gutter was dealt with fast for a really reasonable price!!Happy and friendly manner, 10/10 would recommend to the next person.

We were dog sitting for our daughter when we had drain problem. JB Drainage Service we’re very helpful. JB said he would come as soon as possible, and he came next day earlier than he originally said, text to tell us when he was arriving. Text service to stay in touch is brilliant. We also knew how much it would cost so no nasty surprises later. The workmanship was excellent + he was very helpful with advice too.
