Called Jonathan at 8.40 with a blocked drain problem and he was at my house in Otley within 3 hours. The problem proved a little difficult but was still solved within the hour. Jonathan was professional polite and quite cheery throughout considerIng the nature of the task at hand. I could not recommend more highly.

Great friendly service. On time, very efficient and a good price. Cleared all the guttering in our new house which hadn’t been cleared in years. Also unblocked a drain down pipe which had been badly blocked. Would recommend his services.

I contacted Jonathan on a Sunday. He responded on the same day and arranged an appointment. On the day he kept in touch with me to provide an expected time of arrival. Gutters were cleaned down pipe unblocked both sides of a three storey terraced house. I am pleased with the service and price. We had an issue with our drain that caused a terrible smell in our bathroom and upon inspection JB found that it's a root infestation that caused all of this. Addressed and removed on the day and the smell is gone ever since. Very friendly, professional and efficient!
