Unfortunately yes! As drains are most in our walls and the ground surrounding the property, we are unable to see when there is a problem arising. Therefore by having regular visits we can prevent this from occurring and again avoiding unnecessary costs.
We can use our pole mounted camera system to inspect gutters too, so if you need a gutter survey or to identify a problem we can help.
Drain dye is environmentally friendly, and will not stain so they are safe to use within your household, so if we need to use them in your toilet our basin they just wash away.
We can quickly locate the problem without a need to excavate your drains, reducing the mess by locating the exact problem.
You can schedule your twice yearly gutter clean appointment in advance to ensure you don’t forget, or if you have just noticed a blocked down pipe, vegetation growing, or water overflowing, we are happy to attend. It’s easy just call, email or message.
We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card or Cheque.

All our operatives make sure that no mess is left behind, we will place the debris in your green bin for recycling, or take it with us if needed.
Sometimes a blockage is a simple one, that can be rectified with a sink plunger, or simply pouring boiling hot water down.
Another great method is by mixing baking soda with vinegar and pouring boiling hot water into the drain.
Please don’t use drain cleaning chemicals including sulphuric acid as they are extremely dangerous, not only do they cause injuries to our operatives, but are very harmful to the environment. If you have used these products prior to our arrival, it’s very important you let us know.
Unfortunately the largest amount of your drainage system is hidden in the walls or underground, making it hard to notice if you have an issue. Fortunately, we have 2 drainage CCTV cameras designed to help discover any underlying issues you may have. We would recommend a CCTV survey to identify the problem causing the recurring drain blockage.
We will be able to spot any cracks, displaced joints and root ingress that are occurring before they become an emergency. We will also be able to locate any potential blockages before they occur, which could prevent an expensive emergency call out or repair.
